The processing fee is $345 regardless of the state of residence. It is mandatory and non-negotiable. Processing fee covers administrative expenses affiliated with the auction that includes all the paperwork, title fees, temporary license plate and three days Unites States Postal Service. This fee is not negotiable. The fee is not a part of final bid amount. We only collect sales tax from Ohio residents. Out of state residents pay sales tax in their state.
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit which must be paid with in 24 hours of winning the auction. The remaining balance is due within three (3) business days of making the deposit. No exception. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We do not accept Pay Pal or personal check. If you pay by bank check or certified check, we have to hold the title for three (3) business days until the funds cleared.
